Something for everyone
Interested in learning more about how to get connected with RUF? You've come to the right place. From Large Group to Friday Frisbee, RUF at Mississippi State has events going on all week, with a little something for everyone.
Large Group
RUF gathers for Large Group every Wednesday night at 8:00 PM in Dorman Hall on campus. Bring your friends and join us for fellowship, worship, and a sermon from Campus Minister Joe Johnson.
Small Groups
Throughout the week guys and girls small groups, led by students, meet at different times and different off-campus locations. Gather with friends to connect and study the Bible.
Retreats
RUF on the road! Throughout the year, RUF at Mississippi States goes to conferences and retreats. Over fall break we head to Laguna Beach Christian Retreat for Fall Retreat. In the winter we join other local RUFs for Winter Conference. And the highlight of the year is Summer Conference! At SuCo we had back to Laguna Beach with RUFs from around the country. And we're just get started! RUF also hosts lots of other events, throughout the week and the semester. Join us in the Union on Thursdays for TUFF, at the Sportsplex on Fridays for Friday Frisbee, or at Joe's house on Tuesdays for Freshman Dinner. Also be on the look out for our annual events, like Skate Night, Barn Dance, and Bingo!

Campus ministries in the news
Campus ministry events are all about building connections and community among college students. Some of our events are centered on studying the Bible, but others are just for fun, to help you find those life-long college friends. Ignite, a Catholic campus ministry at Marquette University, also hosts events like these to help students find community and learn about Christianity. This September they're hosting a Barbenheimer and Breakfast for Dinner night on campus, inviting a guest speaker to explore the themes and questions of this summers blockbusters.
